Using the oven.
Always use the broilerpanandgrid
that camewith your oven.Iris
designed to minimize smokingand
spatteringby trapping juices in the
shieldedlower part of the pan.
How to Set the Oven for Broiling

Place the meat or fish on the broiler
grid in the broiler pan.

Follow suggested shelf positions in the
Broiling Guide.

The oven door mUMbe closed during
broiling.

Touch the BROIL HgLOpad once for
HI Broil.
To change to LOBroil,touch the BROIL
HJ/LO pad again.

Touch
the START pad.

When broiling is finished, touch the
C_BFpad.
Serve the food immediately,
and leave the
pan outside the oven to cool during the
meal for easiest cleaning.
Use LOBroilto cook foods such as pouhly
