Overview
This rack hardware kit supports a variety of 3-7U HP products
in round-, square-, or threaded-hole racks. Use the legend to
identify installation steps appropriate to the type of rack.
IMPORTANT: If you are shipping the server installed
in a rack, see the additional instructions located in
"Preparing the product for rack relocation or
integrated shipping" before proceeding.
Hardware kit contents
In addition to the supplied items, you may need:
Screws that fit a threaded-hole rack
The appropriate screwdriver for the screws
Kit 371482-B21 for integrated shipping a
round-hole rack
Rack warnings

Installing the cable CAUTION: Be sure to keep the product parallel to the floor when sliding the server into the rails. management arm Tilting the product up or down could result in damage to the slides. You can convert the arm for right-hand swing. NOTE: To access some components on the rear of the product, you may need to remove the cable management arm.
