  • Page 5 English Brewing Turkish coffee 1 Insert the plug into a wall socket. You will hear a sound indication when you insert the plug. 2 Remove the coffee jug from the machine. The leds go on and the machine awakens. 3 Use the measuring spoon to put the required amount of pre-ground coffee in the jug.

    English 7 Press one of the two cooking buttons on the machine. Press the slow cooking button to brew a foamy Turkish coffee with less heat. Press the regular cooking button to quickly and easily brew a classic Turkish coffee. 8 The machine will brew your Turkish coffee.

    English 2 Rinse the coffee jug to remove any coffee grounds. 3 Clean the inside of the coffee jug with the cleaning brush provided, water and some washing-up liquid. Never immerse the jug in water or put it in the dishwasher. 4 Place the coffee jug into the machine.
  • Page 8 English 3 Pour one cup of warm water into the coffee jug. 4 Leave the solution in the coffee jug for one hour. 5 Empty the coffee jug into the sink. 6 Rinse the coffee jug with fresh, cold water. 7 Repeat steps 5 and 6 several times to ensure the coffee jug is clean and no more descaling solution remains inside.
