Remove the three Phillips M2.5 × 9.0 screws (1) and the two Phillips M2.0 × 5.0 screws (2) that secure
the bottom cover to the computer.
2.
Lift up the top edge of the bottom cover (1) between the hinges to release it.
3.
Remove the bottom cover (2).
If the bottom cover is difficult to remove, open the computer and press on the top cover on both
sides of the touchpad (1) to help release the bottom cover (2).
