Cause
Chimney sweep function active.
Sufficient water pressure inside the central heating circuit
to guarantee the correct operation of the system is not de-
tected.
The board detects an anomaly on the storage tank probe.
If the board detects an anomaly or incongruity on the elec-
tric wiring of the system and it will not start.
This occurs if the fan has a mechanical or electrical fault.
This occurs in the event of a leak on the detection circuit or
anomaly in the flame control unit.
The board detects an anomaly on the return NTC probe
The board detects an anomaly on the pushbutton panel.
This occurs if there is overheating in the system due to insuf-
ficient water circulating in the primary circuit; the causes
can be:
- low system circulation; check that no shut-off devices are
closed on the central heating circuit and that the system is
free of air (deaerated);
circulating pump blocked; free the circulating pump.
UI Status / Solution
The central heating and domestic hot
water production functions are not
available until operation is completed.
The anomaly can be reset 5 consecu-
tive times, after which the function is
inhibited for at least one hour and it is
possible to try once every hour, for a
maximum of 5 attempts. By switching
the indoor unit on and off again, the 5
attempts are re-acquired
Check on the indoor unit pressure
gauge that the system pressure is
between 1-1.2 bar and restore the
correct pressure if necessary.
The generator cannot produce
domestic hot water (1).
If normal conditions are restored, the
system restarts without having to be
reset. Check that the system is
configured correctly (1)
