TROUBLESHOOTING
Maintenance operations must be carried out by an authorised company (e.g. Authorised After-Sales Technical Assistance Cen-
tre).

Possible causes
Caused by leakage from gas circuit pipe-
lines.
No gas. Condensate drain clogged.
Dirty burner, clogged primary heat ex-
changer, incorrect combustion parame-
ters, intake-exhaust terminal not correctly
installed.
Dirt or combustion products deposited in-
side.
This may be caused by the drain trap being
blocked.
Air in the system.
Air in the module.
Condensation module or clogged DHW
heat exchanger.
Check sealing efficiency of gas intake circuit.
Check the presence of pressure in the network and that the gas adduction
valve is open. Restore the function of the condensate drain, checking that
the condensate has not affected: combustion components, fan and gas
valve. Check the function of the condensate sensor.
Check the indicated components.
Check that there are no residues of material blocking the flow of
condensate.
Check that there are no residues of material blocking the flow of
condensate.
Check opening of the special air vent valve cap (Par.1.36). Make sure the
system pressure and expansion tank factory-set pressure values are
within the set limits. The factory-set pressure values of the expansion
vessel must be 1.0 bar, the value of system pressure must be between 1 and
1.2 bar.
Use the manual air vent valve (Parag. 1.36) to remove any air inside the
condensation module. When the operation has been performed, close
the manual air vent valve.
Contact After-Sales Assistance Service that has procedures to clean the
module or D.H.W. heat exchanger.
