    Names and Functions of the Components 1. Speaker This provides audio output from a computer connected to this device. The speaker is embedded into the device's side area. 2. [+] and [-] keys Use these to adjust the speaker volume on this device. There are two pairs of these keys on two different positions on the device's side area.

Setting Up the Device Operating Environment Installation Requirements • Do not place vases, plant pots, cups, toiletries, medicines, small metal objects, or containers holding water or any other liquids, on or close to this machine. Fire or electric shock could result from spillage or if such objects or substances fall inside this machine.

Doing so could result in a malfunction. • Keep the machine away from salt-bearing air and corrosive gases. Also, do not install the machine in places where chemical reactions are likely (laboratories, etc.), as doing so will cause the machine to malfunction.

    Installation Follow the steps below to install this application: • To install this application, log in to the computer with administrator privileges. Access the following RICOH website, and then search for the download page of your product. https://www.ricoh.com.cn/download Download the appropriate installation file from Software Download.

    Basic Operations Basic Operations Starting a Meeting To hold a meeting with this application, start this application and a Web meeting application. • Do not use "Run as administrator" to start this application.
