    This operator's manual can be used by inexperienced camera The LDK 6000 mkII is a HD multi-standard, multi-format operators who are new to Thomson cameras as well as those camera and this section describes the various ways that it can who have previous experience of operating cameras.

    Section 1 Introduction This section outlines the technology used in the LDK 6000 mkII HDTV camera and how this translates into a practical, useable camera. It lists the main features of the camera and also the precautions that must be taken into account when using it.

    Technology The LDK 6000 mkII is a high definition multi-standard, multi- Focus assist format digital camera head using 2/3-inch HD-DPM ™ sensors. With HDTV, focusing is even more critical than before. The LDK The camera head can be combined with the TriaxHD adapter. 6000 mkII has special patented focusing aids.
  • Page 7 Advanced TriaxHD Features TriaxHD, which is a further development of the Emmy Award winning triax transmission system, makes the camera compatible with industry standard triax cables. This allows the reuse of existing, reliable and valuable cable inventories. TriaxHD allows video transmission and remote control of cameras up to a distance of 3300 ft (1000 meters) and beyond, using industry standard 14mm triax cables.
