4 Oil Screen
- Visual inspection for foreign particles.
5 Oil Temperature Sender Unit:
- Check for leaks and security.
6 Oil Lines and Fittings:
- Check for leaks, security, chafing, dents, and
cracks.
7 Oil Cooler:
- Clean and check cooling fins for damage.
8 Engine Oil:
- Fill with 5 Quarts.
9 Spark Plugs
- Visual inspection and re-gap as necessary.
10 Check Differential Cylinder Compression:
Cylinder 1 ___________
Cylinder 2 ___________
Cylinder 3 ___________
Cylinder 4 ___________
11 Cylinders:
- Visual inspection for cracked or broken fins.
12 Electrical wiring to engine and accessories:
- Visual inspection and replace damaged wires
and clamps.
- Visual inspection of terminals for security and
cleanliness.
13 Ignition Harness and Insulators:
- Visual inspection for high-tension leaks and
continuity.
14 Magnetos:
- Check magneto to engine timing and adjust, if
needed.
15 Magnetos:
- Inspect plug wires and P-lead for condition
and security
- Verify vent hole is clean and clear of
obstructions
16 Magnetos:
- Remove and inspect IAW the latest version of
the TCM Overhaul Manual
