Device damage. The maximum torque of the cable gland must not be exceeded.
• To avoid damage to the device, the NPT adapter must be held in place while the NPT gland

Incorrect mounting
The device can be damaged, destroyed, or its functionality impaired through improper
mounting.
• Before installing ensure there is no visible damage to the device.
• Make sure that process connectors are clean, and suitable gaskets and glands are used.
• Mount the device using suitable tools. Refer to the information in Construction (Page 59).
NOTICE
Freezing of the exhaust air outlets
When devices of the type 6DR5..0/1/2/3 are used, the exhaust air outlets
function of the device is impaired.
• Do not install the positioner with the base plate
