DEFROSTING

This appliance is equipped with a frost free system.
This system enables the freezer compartment to remain permanently ice-free, however, the food stored
in the freezer drawers will not defrost.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

y Upon installation of your new appliance, it is recommended to clean it thoroughly.
y It is recommended to clean the freezer each time it is defrosted to help keep the
freezer run efficiently.
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or solvents.
1. Disconnect the mains plug from the mains socket.
2. Take out the food and store in a cool location.
3. Clean the appliance with a soft cloth, warm water and detergent.
4. Wipe the door seal with clear water only and then wipe dry thoroughly.
5. Plug in the appliance. Adjust the temperature.
6. Put the food back into the appliance.
Cleaning tips
y Remove the drawers from the appliance. Wash them in warm soapy water with a
soft sponge. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
y Wipe the interior parts with a damp cloth soaked in a mixture of warm water and
dishwashing liquid. For stubborn stains, use baking soda.
y Wipe down the doors, including edges, with a microfiber cloth dampened with a
mild dishwashing liquid and water. Use a wet sponge and soft brush (such as
toothbrush) to remove any stuck-on food.
