Do not install the fan coil in:
- Environments containing petrolatum (ex.: vaseline,
petroleum distillates).
- Environments with salty air (near coasts).
- Environments with caustic gases (e.g. sulphur) in the
air (near spa areas).
- Environments subject to strong voltage variations (in
factories).
- Busbars or cabinets.
- Kitchens with large amounts of diesel.
- Environments with strong electromagnetic waves.
- Environments with flammable materials or gas.
- Environments with acidic or alkaline liquids in evapo-
ration.
- Other particular conditions.
When installation is complete, make sure the unit works
properly when started up.
Provide the customer with all information required for
correct operation and maintenance of the unit.
Order of installation:
- Choose the installation point;
- Install the indoor unit;
- Install the pipes;
- Install the drain pipe;
- Connect the vent pipe;
- Wire the unit;
- Test operation.
1.3 PLUMBING CONNECTION.
Following the instructions further on in the manu-
al, install the pipes to ensure optimal drainage and
insulate them to prevent condensate from forming.
Incorrect drain pipes can cause water leaks and damage the
device.
