GENERAL WARNINGS.

All products are protected with suitable transport packaging.
The material must be stored in dry environments and protected
against weathering.
This instruction manual provides technical information for install-
ing the kit. As for the other issues related to kit installation (e.g.
safety in the work site, environment protection, injury prevention),
it is necessary to comply with the provisions specified in the reg-
ulations in force and principles of good practice.
Improper installation or assembly of the appliance and/or compo-
nents, accessories, kit and devices can cause unexpected problems
to people, animals and objects. Read the instructions provided with
the product carefully to ensure a proper installation.
Installation and maintenance must be performed in compliance
with the regulations in force, according to the manufacturer's
instructions and by authorised professionally qualified staff,
intending staff with specific technical skills in the plant sector, as
envisioned by the Law.

KIT ASSEMBLY.

Proceed as follows to assemble the kit:
- Remove the voltage to the appliance, thus removing power to
the switch upstream from the boiler, cut-off the DHW circuit
and the CH circuit.
- Empty the boiler circuit via the relevant draining valve (see
boiler instruction book).
- Disassemble the casing (see boiler instruction book).
- Remove the caps (5 and 17) present on the pump unit (16) by
respectively removing the locking clip (3) and loosening the
screw (6).
- Insert the gasket (18) into the pump unit.
- Mount the storage tank unit flow pipe (1) fixing it with the
screw (6).
- Insert the O-ring (2) on to the storage tank unit return pipe
(4) and then connect the pipe to the pump unit (16) fixing it
with its own locking clip (3).
- Mount the fittings (12) on the cylinder return pipes (10) and
cylinder flow pipes (11) as shown in the figure.
- Connect the two pipes (10 and 11) to the boiler, fixing them to
the support sheet steel using the counter-nut (8) and relative
igasket (7) positioning the flat gaskets (9).
- Mount the 3-way motor (14) fixing it with the relevant locking
clip (15).
- Connect the connector (13) on to the 3-way motor, selecting
the suitable wiring for the boiler model (see wiring diagram).
- Make the electric connection as described below.
Once the kit has been mounted completely, check tightness of
the hydraulic circuit in compliance with that described in the
Standard in force.
IE

ELECTRIC CONNECTION.

- Open the control panel coupling compartment.
- Remove the resistance from the 2-way terminal board (pin 36
and 37).
- Connect the probe present on the cylinder onto the terminal
board using 2 X 0.35 mm
- Connect the wiring of the 3-way motor using wiring relative
to the boiler model and as described in the wiring diagram.
- Clip the connection cables to the boiler wiring.
- Close the coupling compartment.
START-UP.
- Restore the heating system pressure (see instruction book),
open the DHW circuit again, paying attention that the previ-
ously-opened draining valve has been closed.
- Re-mount the casing.
- Restore the electric power supply to the boiler to take it to
normal functioning conditions.
N.B.: the use of the boiler with production of DHW is described
in the boiler instruction book, in the user chapter.
