INSTALLAZIONE.
Per effettuare il montaggio del kit procedere nel seguente modo
(Fig. 1):
- Togliere tensione all'apparecchio disalimentando l'interruttore
a monte della caldaia.
- Svuotare il circuito dell'acqua sanitaria aprendo un qualsiasi
rubinetto dell'acqua calda dell'impianto sanitario per permettere
l' e ntrata dell'aria in caldaia avendo cura di aver chiuso l'appo-
sito rubinetto di entrata acqua fredda in caldaia (vedi libretto
istruzioni della caldaia).
- Smontare la mantellatura (vedi libretto istruzioni della caldaia).
- Eliminare i due tubi di entrata acqua fredda e uscita acqua calda
presenti in caldaia.
- Montare la valvola alla caldaia mediante due tubi in rame (1 tubo
dritto e 1 tubo piegato), interponendo le relative guarnizioni.
Nel caso del modello di caldaia Victrix Mini kW usare due tubi
piegati.
- Premontaggio tubi flessibili (operazione da ripetere per tutti e
3 i tubi flessibili):
- inserire il tappo in plastica rosso all'imboccatura del tubo;
- infilare in sequenza l'anello in ottone posizionandolo sulla 3°
gola e i due o.r. posizionandoli sulla 1° e 2° gola (vedi parti-
colare esploso fig. 1);
- eliminare il tappo in plastica rosso.
- Effettuare i collegamenti idraulici alla valvola utilizzando i tubi
flessibili adattandoli alle proprie esigenze ed interponendo le
relative guarnizioni.
- Collegare quindi i tubi flessibili all'impianto mediante il raccordo
presente nel kit per l'allacciamento all'acqua calda proveniente
dai pannelli solari e mediante i raccordi presenti nel blister di
caldaia per l'allacciamento all'acqua calda sanitaria e all'acqua
fredda sanitaria.
- Una volta verificata la tenuta del circuito idraulico rimontare la
mantellatura, aprire il rubinetto entrata acqua fredda e ridare
tensione alla caldaia per riportarla alla normale condizione di
funzionamento.

INSTALLATION
Proceed as follows to assemble the kit (Fig. 1):
- Remove voltage from the appliance by disconnecting the switch
upstream from the boiler.
- Empty the domestic hot water circuit by opening any domestic
hot water system cock in order to allow air to enter the boiler,
making sure that the relative cold water inlet cock on the boiler
has been closed (see boiler instruction book).
- Disassemble the casing (see boiler instruction book).
- Eliminate the two cold water inlet and hot water outlet pipes
present in the boiler.
- Mount the boiler valve using the upper pipes (1 straight pipe
and 1 bent pipe), interposing the relative gaskets.
Use two bent pipes in the case of the Victrix Mini kW boiler.
- Premounting the flexible pipes (operation to be repeated for all
3 flexible pipes):
- insert the red plastic cap into the mouth of the pipe;
- in sequence insert the brass ring positioning it on the 3rd
groove and the two o-rings, positioning them on the 1st and
2nd groove (see exploded detail fig. 1);
- eliminate the red plastic cap.
- Make the hydraulic connections to the valve using the flexible
pipes, adapting them to requirements and interposing the rela-
tive gaskets.
- Now connect the flexible pipes to the system, using a fitting
present in the kit for connection to the hot water coming from
the solar panels and via the fittings present in the boiler blister
for connection of domestic hot and cold water.
- Once the tightness of the hydraulic circuit has been verified,
re-mount the casing, open the cold water inlet cock and re-
apply voltage to the boiler to take it back to normal functioning
conditions.
