ELECTRIC CONNECTION.

The board consists of three relays (relay 1 = K1; relay 2 = K2
and relay 3 = K3). The relays can be configured according to
the boiler model. Therefore, different functions can be obtained
depending on the connection (see boiler instruction booklet).
N.B.: for the configuration of the functioning options, refer to the
P.C.B. programming paragraph in the boiler instruction book.
EXTERNAL 3-WAY VALVE WIRING DIAGRAM.
By setting relay 1 as "3-way external system" it's possible to obtain
on the K1 control the replication of the 3-way status inside the
boiler. Relay K1 will be energized (by closing contacts 54-56)
when a heating request is active (CH), while it will be at rest
(closing contacts 54-55) both with boiler in stand-by and during
DHW operation (DHW ). The diagram shows as an example
the possible connections of an external 3-way valve with 230 V
power supply: if it's necessary to use an external 3-way valve on

Attention: do not exceed the maximum load allowed by the fuses
on the mother board (it is added to the boiler load) (3.15A fuse).
the boiler, the hydraulic system must be adapted, excluding the
action of the 3-way valve inside the boiler. In cases where it's
necessary to have a signal corresponding to the boiler's DHW
operation, it's necessary to "add" both the '3-way status in DHW'
and the 'boiler circulator active' signal.
