Resetting to factory settings
To reset the transmitter to factory settings:
Press and hold the setup button for more than
X
5 seconds.
All pairings are deleted. Both indicators flash blue.

If audio streaming is not working, check the following
tables.
TOSLINK cable is connected
Troubleshooting
The signal format is not supported. Refer to the
section "Connecting to your electronic device".
No audio signal is available. For example,
pause or mute is pressed on the electronic
device.
Your hearing aids are out of operating distance.
Move closer to the transmitter.
