information on how to keep your hearing aids in
good condition.
Cleaning instruction for standard and custom
made earpieces
Cerumen (ear wax) on the earpiece may affect sound
quality. Listen for any changes in how your hearing aid
is performing. If wax has built up, it can be easily
removed with the cleaning cloth or a soft tissue. Do
not use water, alcohol, benzene or any other liquid
or household cleaning agent or liquid to clean your
earpieces, as it may cause damage.
NOTICE
Never use sharp objects for cleaning, as they may
damage the dome. Never use pressure or rotating
action while cleaning.
