Keyboard connector is not properly
connected.

responding to commands.
Keyboard needs repair.

Solution
1. On the Windows taskbar, click
the Start button.
2. On the Start menu, click Shut
Down... The Shut Down Windows
dialog box is displayed.
3. Select the Shut down option.
4. Click OK.
5. After the shutdown is complete,
reconnect the keyboard to the
back of your computer and
restart your computer.
Shut down your computer using the
mouse. If your mouse cannot activate
a shutdown, refer to the problem on
the next page: "Mouse connector is
not properly plugged into the back of
the computer."
