1 Spinner and Bulkheads:
- Visual inspection for damage and security.
2 Propeller Blades:
- Visual inspection for nicks and cracks.
3 Spinner Mounting Brackets:
- Visual inspection for damage and security.
4 Propeller Mounting Bolts:
- Visual inspection
- Check torque, if safety wire is broken.
1 Doors:
- Visual inspection for damage, operation, and
security.
2 Door latches and hinges:
- Visual inspection and lubricate.
3 Cabin Windows and Windshield:
- Clean and visual inspection for cracking,
crazing, and general condition.
4 Upholstery:
- Visual inspection for tears and fraying.
5 Seat Belts, Inertia Reel, and Harnesses:
- Visual inspection.
- If applicable, Refer to AmSafe Supplement
6 Seats:
- Pilot (Front): Visual inspection and verify latch
security.
- Passenger (Rear): Verify top strap routing
and security. Verify Seat Crossbar security.
7 ELT (if applicable):
- Installation and condition of battery and
antenna.
8 Battery and Cables:
- Visual inspection.
9 Ignition Backup Battery (if applicable):
- Replace Annually
10 Control Bushings, Cables, and Pulleys (including
control stick and torque tube):
- Visual inspection and lubricate bearing
surfaces only.
11 Elevator Trim:
- Visual inspection of complete System
