(3) PREPARATION FOR SERVICE

(a) Engine preparation for service - Refer to the manufacturer's service letter.
(b) Remove all covers, tapes and tags from airplane.
(c) Reinstall the engine battery (Refer to Chapter 6.3.14) and the ELT batteries
(Refer to Chapter 5.4.14).
(d) Fill the fuel tanks (if applicable). Refer to Chapter 6.2.3.
(e) Thoroughly clean and visually inspect the airplane. It is recommended to carry
out at least a 100-hour inspection prior to flying the aircraft. (Refer to Chapter
5.3)
