Replacing Pouches and More Pouches Monitor pouch status on the Smartwell portal. When you set up alerts, you can receive daily email notifications indicating low and empty pouches. Replacing them is easy: 1. Unlock and open the lid of the unit.

The unit will continue to dispense beverages. However, account users will not be notified if pouches are low or empty. Also, the Smartwell portal will not receive unit data until the connection to the cloud is restored. Smartwell saves up to two weeks’ worth of data while disconnected, but if disconnected for longer than two weeks, the oldest data will be deleted.
