If you intend to leave the outboard
tilted for a period of time, engage the
tilt support lever.
1. Tilt the outboard UP using the trim/
tilt switch.
2. Flip the tilt support lever down.
Lower the outboard until the sup-
port lever rests solidly on the stern
brackets.
