Suggested Action
Re-cycle power to the HOMWA unit by
disconnecting the USB cable
connected to "TO CONNEX DEVICE"
or TO LXI and re-connecting
Check that the distance between the
scale and CVSM, LXi or PC is less
than ~328ft (100m)
Check that the BT Device Number on
back of the scale's display head
matches the Serial Number on the
Bluetooth® wireless dongle. If the
number does not match contact
Customer Service at 1-800-815-6615.
Move scale or CVSM away from other
WiFi/Bluetooth® wireless devices
nearby
Re-cycle power to the HOMWA unit by
disconnecting the USB cable
connected to "TO CONNEX DEVICE"
and re-connecting
Check that the Virtual Comport
CP210x Driver Installation is installed
properly via Windows® Device
Manager. Re-install Driver if necessary
