Release the wireless antenna cable and the display panel cable from the retention clips (7) and routing
channel built into the bottom cover.
NOTE:
See steps 12 through 19 for display assembly removal instructions for computer models equipped with a
non-touchscreen display assembly.
8.
Remove the four Phillips M2.5×4.7 screws that secure the display assembly to the bottom cover.
9.
Release the display assembly by swinging the right hinge (1) clockwise away from the bottom cover.
10.
Release the display assembly by sliding the left hinge (2) away from the bottom cover at an angle.
