The parameter "XDIAG (Page 162)" is set to "On1", "On2" or "On3".

The error message 18 (Page 234) in the "Automatic" and "Manual"

"PZHYS" larger than the value assigned in "U2.PZLIM". The control
becomes active again if the configured fault reaction was "HOLd".
