Grounded Tools: Tools with 3-Prong Plugs Tools marked with Grounding Required have a 3-wire cord and 3-prong grounding plug. The plug must be connected to a properly grounded outlet. Insert the axle shaft through the hole in the frame. Align the holes in the axle and frame. Secure the screws and washers, as shown below. Slide in each wheel over the end of each axle shaft and secure with hex bolts and washers. Tighten all connections securely.
