Install tilt detent pawl on tilt detent pin. Secure
with new cotter pin.
1. Cotter pin
Install two bushings in base.
1. Bushing
Hook spring to roll pin and recess in base as
shown. Turn tilt release lever one turn to apply
tension to the spring. Hold lever in position and
install base in bracket.
