Removal

First, remove the powerhead, the timing chain,
and the cylinder head.
Remove the oil filter.

Remove the oil pressure switch.

Remove eight (8) bolts and the exhaust cover.

2. Exhaust cover
Remove eight (8) outer bolts, then eight (8) inner
bolts. Remove the crankcase from the cylinder
block.

For proper assembly, use quick drying paint to
mark the corresponding cylinder number on each
connecting rod and connecting rod cap.
