The inverter is
malfunctioning
The backed-up loads are
not backed up
The thermal sensor cables
are not connected.

Troubleshooting
Restart the inverter
If the problem persists, move
the AC bypass switch in the
StorEdge Connection Unit to
position 2 (see Figure 11 ) to
supply power to the loads
until the inverter problem is
solved (contact SolarEdge
support if required). Then
move to position 1.
Check that the inverter is
producing power
Check that the Backup
function is enabled (Backup
conf è Backup è Enable).
Check that there are no
errors on the inverter LCD
Check the circuit breakers
on the backed-up loads
AC panel
Check that the AC breaker in
the StorEdge Connection
Unit are in the UP position
(see Figure 11 )
Check that the AC bypass
switch in the StorEdge
Connection Unit is set to
position 1 (see Figure 11 ) .
Move the DIP switch SW2 in
the StorEdge Connection Unit
to the UP position (ON) (see
DIP Switch Setup on page 64).
