Troubleshooting

Before contacting a Samsung Service Centre, please attempt the following solutions.
Your SmartThings Wifi/Hub freezes
If the SmartThings Wifi/Hub freezes or hangs, disconnect the adapter from the SmartThings
Wifi/Hub and reconnect it.
Close the SmartThings app completely on your mobile device and restart it.
If your SmartThings Wifi/Hub is frozen and unresponsive, insert a pin into the Reset hole more
than 8 seconds.
If the tips above do not solve the problem, contact a Samsung Service Centre.
Your SmartThings Wifi/Hub is not connected with a router
The SmartThings Wifi/Hub only supports the SmartThings Wifi/Hub. Connect only the
SmartThings Wifi/Hub.
Your SmartThings Wifi/Hub is not detected by the SmartThings app
• I f the SmartThings Wifi/Hub freezes or hangs, disconnect the adapter from the
SmartThings Wifi/Hub and reconnect it.
• C lose the SmartThings app completely on your mobile device and restart it.
• I f your SmartThings Wifi/Hub is frozen and unresponsive, insert a pin into the Reset hole.
• E nsure that the other devices are within the maximum connection range.
If the tips above do not solve the problem, contact a Samsung Service Centre.
