alterations, as outlined in ASTM F2483, FAR 43, or in this manual are authorized at this time.

ELECTRICAL POWER SYSTEMS

(1) GENERAL
The aircraft uses a 14 volt DC electrical system with the power supplied by a 30 amp engine-
driven alternator and a 12 volt storage battery.
In addition to the alternator and the battery, the electrical system consists of a solid-state linear
regulator, master and starter solenoids, circuit breakers, and switches. The battery is located
underneath the pilot's seat. Refer to Chapter 6.3.19 for the maintenance of electrical power
systems.
