GENERAL
The aircraft is equipped with a cabin heat system. Hot air for heating the cabin is supplied by a
heat exchanger located around the engine exhaust. On newer models, there is a small "ram air"
scoop in the cowling inlet that provides air for the cabin heat system. Hot air enters the cabin
through an opening on floorboard. To select the heater, the control on the upper right part of
the instrument panel must be pulled aft.

MAINTENANCE
No major repair or alterations, as outlined in ASTM F2483, FAR 43, or in this manual are
authorized at this time.
