closing fully.
Propeller blades warped.
Ice forming on carburetor throttle
valve.
Air filter plugged.
Fuel flow restricted.
Worn cylinders, pistons and/or
piston rings.

Remove and inspect.
Tighten.
Test for break-down at high voltage.
Overhaul magneto. Check for very
fine cracks in block.
Overhaul engine.
Remove and test hydraulic unit.
Replace if worn.
Replace valves and guides.
Replace. Grind seats.
Use specified fuel. Keep cylinder
head temperature below specified
maximum.
Continue warm-up.
Check for binding, kinks, slipping,
worn parts.
Remove and clean filter.
Readjust.
Clean carburetor.
Drain sediment trap.
Check all joints and throttle shaft
bearings.
Test for high voltage leaks. Replace
parts.
Replace valves and guides.
Replace valves. Grind seats.
Overhaul magneto.
Readjust linkage.
Remove filter, inspect valve.
Straighten plate.
Inspect pitch. Replace.
Apply full carburetor air heat.
Remove and clean.
Inspect tank vents. Inspect shutoff
valve. Clean strainer. Clean
carburetor screen. Blow out fuel
supply line.
Overhaul engine.
