turn the power Switch of the
tool to its "OFF" position and
unplug the tool from its
electrical outlet before
assembling or making any
adjustments to the tool.
note: For additional information regarding
the parts listed in the following pages,
refer to the Assembly Diagram near
the end of this manual.

1.
Before use, you must install the Saw
Blade (43).
2.
Be sure the tool is unplugged.
3.
Press in and hold the Spindle Lock
Pin (14).
4.
Using the a 6mm Hex Key, remove
the Arbor Bolt (46) and Arbor Wash-
ers (44 and 45). NOTE: The Arbor
Bolt (46) has left hand threads.
5.
Place the Saw Blade (43) on the
Arbor (25). Be sure to match the rota-
tion direction marked on the Blade
with the arrow embossed on the
Lower Blade Guard (37).
6.
Replace the Arbor Washers (44 and
45) as shown in the Assembly Dia-
gram.
7.
Replace the Arbor Bolt (46). Tighten
securely.
8.
Before operation make sure that the
Spindle Lock (14) is released. Turn
the blade by hand to check the Spin-
