Assembly Instructions Refer to the Parts Diagram for the following assembly instructions. 1. Locate the second Base Plate (7) and turn it upside down. Set the second Base Plate (7) onto the Beams (6). See Figure A. 2. Turn the cart upside down. Attach two Casters (13) with the Swivel Caster Brackets (11) using a Nut (12) and Axle (14), if necessary. -
