OperatiOn:
turn the power switch of the
tool to its "OFF" position and
unplug the tool from its
electrical outlet before
performing any inspection,
maintenance, or cleaning
procedures.

1.
The Blade comes installed on the
Circular Saw, but replacement Blades
will need to be installed when the
blade gets dull or breaks.
2.
Place the unit on a flat, hard
horizontal bench or table.
3.
Secure the Blade in place with the
Arbor Wrench and use the Hex
Wrench to remove the Blade Clamp
(33), as shown above.

4.
Move the Lower Guard (40) back out
of the way, remove the Blade and
replace with a new 7-1/4" blade rated
to at least 5,000 RPM. Blade rotation
must match up with the direction
arrow on the saw. The Blade's teeth
must be facing upwards.
5.
Replace the Blade Clamp and tighten
securely.

Thread the Rip Fence (78) onto the
front of the Base Board and secure
with the Rip Fence Screw (77), as
shown above.

1.
Designate a work area that is clean
and well-lit. The work area must not
allow access by children or pets to
prevent injury and distraction.
2.
Route the power cord along a safe
route to reach the work area without
creating a tripping hazard or exposing
the power cord to possible damage.
The power cord must reach the work
area with enough extra length to
allow free movement while working.
3.
Secure loose workpieces using a vise
or clamps (not included) to prevent
it's movement while working.
4.
There must not be hazardous
objects, such as utility lines or foreign
