Errors and Troubleshooting
Description
If this fault persists, then:
Verify that there are proper
clearance distances around
the inverter, as described in
the Chassis Clearance
section on page 21.
Make sure that the heat-
sink fins are clear of dirt
and obstacles.
Check whether the inverter
is installed in an area that is
too hot.
Reinstall in a cooler
location.
If this fault persists, contact
SolarEdge support.
If this fault persists:
Check the PV installation
for isolation problems and
ground leakage.
Only a certified PV
installer must fix a faulty
string before connecting it
to the inverter.
If this fault persists:
Disconnect inverter from
AC grid.
Contact SolarEdge support.
If this fault persists, contact
SolarEdge support.
