Connect wires into the B, A and G terminals on RS-485-1.
All B wires on all inverters should be connected.
All A wires on all inverters should be connected.
All G wires on all inverters should be connected.
Do not cross-connect B, A and G wires Do not insert wires into the
connectors labeled RS485-2.
Connect the other inverters in the chain. You can use any color wire to
connect between each connector A on one inverter to connector A on the
other inverter, as long as you use the same color wire for all A
connectors. The same goes for connecting between G connectors and for
connecting between B connectors. Figure 27 conceptually depicts this
connection schema.
Reinsert the block terminal into the communication board.
The RS485 block terminal can only be inserted with the screws facing
the wall (towards the inverter heat-sink).
NOTE:
Make sure to push in the RS485 block terminal firmly so that it is inserted as far in
as it goes.

The two inverters at the ends of the chain (meaning the first inverter and the
last inverter) must be terminated by switching a termination dip-switch inside
the inverter to ON. The switch is marked SW6 and it is the switch closest to
the ESC button, as shown below:
