Description or possible cause
The backed-up loads are not
backed up
The thermal sensor cables are not
connected.
Fault # –according to battery
model. ID – battery's Modbus ID.
Appendix A: Troubleshooting
Troubleshooting
Check that the inverter is producing
o
power
Check that the Backup function is
o
enabled (Backup conf è Backup
è Enable).
Check that there are no errors on
o
the inverter LCD
Check the circuit breakers on the
o
backed-up loads AC panel
Check that the AC breaker in the
o
StorEdge Connection Unit are in
the UP position (see Figure 10)
Check that the AC bypass switch
o
in the StorEdge Connection Unit is
set to position 1 (see Figure 10) .
Move the DIP switch SW2 in the
StorEdge Connection Unit to the
UP position (ON) (refer to DIP Switch
Setup on page 38).
