Leveling the Range
Levelingscrewsare locatedon
eachcomer of the base of the
range.Removethe bottomdrawer
andyou can levelthe range on an
unevenfloor with the use of a
nutdriver.
Toremove drawer,pulB drawer
outaM the way,tilt up the front
andtake it out. Toreplace
drawer,insertg~idesat back of
drawerbeyondstop on range
glides.Lift drawerif necessaryto
inserteasily.Let front of drawer
down,then push into close.

aluminum,with tight-fitting
covers,and flat bottomswhich
completelycoverthe heated
portionof the surfaceunit.
e Cookfresh vegetableswith a
minimumamountof waterin a
coveredpan.
~Watchfoodswhenbringingthem
quicklyto cookingtemperaturesat
high heat.When foodreaches
cookingtemperature,reduceheat
immediatelyto lowestsettingthat
will keep it cooking.
e Use residualheat with surface
cookingwheneverpossible.For
example,when cookingeggs in the
shell,bring water and eggsto boil,
then turn to OFFpositionand
covercookwarewith lid to
completethe cooking.

temperaturemd in approximately
the sametime.
*Use residualheatin the oven

cookingcasseroles,ovenmeals,
etc. Also add rolls or precooked
dessertsto warm oven,using
residualheat to warmthem.
