The area underthe range of models
equippedwith a bottomdrawercan
be reachedeasilyfor cleaningby
removingthe bottomdrawer.To
remove,pull drawerout all the
way,tilt up the front and remove
it. To replace,insertglidesat back
of drawer beyond stop on range
glides.Lift drawerif necessaryto
insefieasily.Let front of drawer
down,then push into close.

eLift up rightrear surfaceunit.

Removedrippan/trimring.
@ Lift out ovenventduct.
Toreplace:
oPlacethe part overtheovenvent
locatedbelowthe cooktopwith
openingof the ductunderthe
roundopeningin the drippan. It is
importantthatthe ductis in the
correctpositionso moistureand
vaporsfromthe ovencan be
releasedduringovenuse.NOTE:
Nevercoverthe holein the oven
ventductwith aluminumfoil or
any othermaterial.Thisprevents
the ovenventfrom working
properlyduringany cookingcycle.
Lalnp Replacement
CAUTION:
Beforereplacing
yourovenlampbulb,discomect
the electricpowerforyour range
at the mainfuse or circuit
breakerpanel.Be sureto let the
lamp coverand bulb cool
completelybeforeremovingor
replacingthem.
Theovenlamp(bulb)is covered
witha gIassremovablecoverwhich
is heldin placewitha bail-shaped
wire.Removeovendoor,if desired,
to reachcovereasily.
Toremove:
~Holdhandundercoverso it
doesn'tfallwhenreleased.With
fingersof samehand,firmlypush
backwirebailuntilit clearscover.
Liftoff cover.DO NOT ~MOVE
ANY
SCREWS.

Replacebulbwith40-watthome
appliancebulb.
To replacecover:
oPlaceit into grooveof lamp
receptacle. P ullwirebailforwardto
centerof coveruntilit snapsinto
place.Whenin place,wire holds
coverfirmly.Be certainwirebailis
in depressionin centerof cover.
~Connectelectricpowerto range.

especiallygrease,may catch fire.
Tomake cleaningeasier,tilt-lock
unitslift up and lock in the up
position,and plug-inunits
are removable.
Caution:Be sure all controlsare
turnedto OFVand sutiace units
are coonbeforeattemptingto Iift
or removethem.
After liftingthe tilt-locku*. or
removinga plug-inunit, remove
the drippan/trimringsand clean
them accordingto directionsin the
CleaningGuide.Wipearoundthe
edgesof the surfaceunitopening.
Cleanthe area below the unit.
Rinseall washedareas with
a damp cloth or sponge.
