5. Installation 5.1. Installation of camera The camera can be installed inside as well as on the outside of the vehicle as it is water-proof. Inside the vehicle, the camera can be installed using the provided adhesive pad. The camera can also be attached inside or outside the vehicle using the fixed holder. Fix the camera at a point not impeding your rear view. It must also be ensured that the cable is safely routed. -

6. Use 6.1. Charging the battery The display integrated in the mirror is supplied with power by a rechargeable lithium/ion battery. Charge battery before using mirror as well as from time to time to always ensure an adequate power supply. To charge the battery connect mirror to USB car charger using the USB cable and plug charger into cigarette lighter socket of vehicle. -

6.5. Radio function The Maginon® Reverse Camera system also allows transmission of the played back MP3 files to an existing radio receiver and thus playback through the in-car audio system. Keep FM button depressed for 3 seconds to activate “FM Mode“ radio playback. Using the / buttons, select a FM frequency (between 88.0 and 107.9) to be used for transmission to the radio receiver. -
