Fat Free Mass refers to the portion of the body composed of muscle,
bones, organs and fluids.
Caloric Burn Rates are determined by adding the REE calories to various
levels of physical activity. For your own calculations, remember 3500
calories make one pound of fat.
Visceral fat is body fat that is stored within the abdominal cavity and is
therefore stored around a number of important internal organs such as
the liver, pancreas and intestines.
