The Garmin GTN 6XX Pilot's Guide, part number and
revision listed below, contain additional information
regarding GTN system description, control and function.
The Pilot's Guide does not need to be immediately
available to the flight crew.

9.14.8.2 LEG SEQUENCING
The GTN supports all ARINC 424 leg types. Certain leg
types require altitude input in order to sequence (course to
altitude, for example). If a barometric corrected altitude
source is not interfaced to the GTN, a popup will appear
prompting the flight crew to manually sequence the leg
once the altitude prescribed in the procedure is reached.
This installation does not have a barometric
corrected altitude source. The flight crew will be
prompted to manually sequence altitude legs.
