ELECTRONICS INTERNATIONAL OPT-1 OIL
PRESSURE/TEMPERATURE GAUGE

Figure 7-17 - Oil Temperature/Pressure Gauge

The CC18-180 is fitted with an instrument that combines
oil pressure and oil temperature readings.
Oil pressure and oil temperature may read continuously
on the LED lights around the rim of the gauge. A red light
indicates an unsafe condition. A yellow light for oil
pressure indicates caution. A yellow low oil temperature
indication below 100ºF is a cautionary indication provided
to emphasize when the engine is operating outside the
normal range. Takeoff must not be initiated when the oil
temperature
accelerates smoothly when the throttle is opened. The
normal ranges are displayed with green lights.
