Screen Messages and Troubleshooting

Never make treatment decisions based on an error message. If you have any concerns,

day, 365 days a year.
The meter won't turn on or the display is blank.
The meter is in "set" mode, waiting for you to change settings. The beeper is turned on.
(If OFF is displayed, the beeper is turned off.) See Setting the Beeper, Year, Time, and
Date.

Possible cause
Batteries are dead.
Temperature is too cold.

Solution
Insert new batteries.
