Use of this device is not recommended for persons with an electric implant,
such as a heart pacemaker.
Results may be skewed in the following cases:
Pregnant women
Children under the age of 16
Persons with fever
Persons with swollen legs
Persons with diabetes and other health conditions.
For optimal readings, user must be in bare feet.
Scale should be placed on a flat surface.
The MS-2550CC requires (1) 3 V lithium battery for weight and body fat
monitoring. The battery compartment is located on the back of the scale platform.
Conair will repair or replace, at our option, your appliance free of charge for 10 years from
the date of purchase if the appliance is defective in workmanship or materials.
To obtain service under this warranty, return the defective product to the service centre
nearest you, together with your sales slip and $5.50 for postage and handling.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING
BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY
AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN
DURATION TO THE 10 YEAR DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CONAIR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL,
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER
WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHATSOEVER.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary
from province to province.
