Clearing CMOS

Clear CMOS as follows.
1. Power off the system and remove the left side panel as described in
or Installing the Side Cover" on page 4-4
2. Check to ensure the system power cord(s) is removed from the back of the
system.
3. Move the Clear CMOS jumper from the factory default position (left pane of
"Figure 3 - 1: CMOS and Password Jumpers" on page 3-28

power down the system and unplug the power cord(s).
5. Move the Clear Password jumper to its default position.
6. Replace the left side panel, connect the power cord(s), and power on the
