Drain the fork oil into a suitable container.
Using the piston rod puller [A], pump the piston rod [B] up
and down at least ten times to expel the oil from the fork.
Special Tool - Fork Piston Rod Puller, M10 × 1.0: 57001
Hold the fork tube upright, press the outer tube [A] and
the piston rod all the way down.
Pour in the type and amount of fork oil specified.
Pour the fork oil to near the top end of the inner tube.

Amount (Per Side):
When changing oil: Approx. 315 mL (10.7 US oz.)
After disassembly and completely dry:
370 ±4 mL (12.5 ±0.135 US oz.)
Remove the piston rod puller.
Raise the outer tube [A] about 130 mm (5.12 in.), and
press the outer tube down slowly while covering the top
end of the outer tube with a hand.
Take the hand off slowly, and raise the outer tube again.
Repeat the above procedure 2 ∼ 3 times.
Do not lift the outer tube 230 mm (9.06 in.) or more.
The fork oil may spill out from the hole of the inner tube.
