ADJUST THE UPPER HANDLE HEIGHT (Fig.8)
You may raise or lower the upper handle to a position comfortable for you.
1. Loosen the upper handle knob.
2. move the upper handle to the desired position. There are 3 positions for your choise.
3. Tighten the upper handle knob as tight as you can.
